  • Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

You can track your parcel online at any time through the courier’s website.

If you don’t see the tracking email, please check your junk or promotions folder before contacting us.

🚫 4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Refused or unclaimed deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it once additional postage is paid.

  • Photos of the damaged packaging or product

We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
