Benvita Refund & Return Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel (“Cooling-Off” Period)
- Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days after the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
- To cancel, you must inform us (by email or via our returns form) of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period.
- You can use our standard returns form, but it is not obligatory.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, all the following must apply:
- Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging (if applicable).
- All original tags, seals, and accessories must be intact.
- You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession (i.e., don’t use or damage them).
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
- If the goods are sealed for hygiene or health reasons (e.g. skincare, supplements), once opened you may lose the right to return unless faulty.
3. Return Process & Shipping
- Contact our Customer Support (via email or returns portal) with your order number, reason for return, and request a return authorization.
- We will provide instructions, and a returns address (UK or international).
- You are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong item.
- Use a tracked/insured shipping method so the item does not get lost in transit.
- Pack the goods securely, with original packaging, and include any return slip or reference code given.
4. Return Costs & Deductions
- For change-of-mind returns (i.e. not faulty): you pay the return postage costs.
- We may deduct from your refund any reduction in value if the goods are not returned in their original condition (e.g. damaged packaging, product used).
- If the product is faulty or misdescribed, we will bear the return cost and refund in full (inclusive of standard outbound shipping cost).
5. Refunds
- Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they satisfy the return conditions, we will issue the refund.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed) within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the item OR evidence of you having sent it back, whichever is earlier.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return.
- Any original delivery costs (if paid) will also be refunded only if the return is due to a fault or misdescription.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days (or as per contract) with photos and details.
- We will offer to replace the product or refund in full, including original shipping and return shipping costs.
- In some cases, we may request return of the defective item (free of cost to you).
7. Exchanges
- We do not automatically exchange items. If you want a different size, batch, or variant, place a new order and return the original for a refund, subject to our policy.
8. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used items (especially hygiene or ingestible products) are not returnable unless faulty.
- Items marked as “final sale,” “clearance,” or “non-returnable” are excluded (unless faulty).
- If the item is personalized/customized, it usually cannot be returned unless defective.
9. Cancellation Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched; in this case, a full refund will be issued.
- If cancellation is requested after dispatch, you must follow the returns procedure above.
